I graduated in fine art, printmaking, with my focus being on screen printing and I tended to work over the prints several times. Many of my screen prints have been inspired by reflections of tall buildings. Reflections as well as clouds are real and not real. Neither can be touched and got hold of. It is as if they move, disappear, come back and tease you with the illusion of reality.

I am interested in the flow of things, in movement, in scale and geology.

My pastels and oil paintings often show my interest in nature. I love my garden and also gardening.

Ever since our son persuaded us to visit him in Java, we got hooked to travel to South East Asia. It is so easy now to take lots of photos on a digital camera and when away I do take lots! I use them when I make digital collages, usually making these up from 2-5 photos and changing them so to make an original image.

I love the life around me. The world is wide open and the possibilities are great when making images.

Media: Screen prints, oil and pastels.
